› The certificate print function won't work. What is the problem?

The new on demand certificate print function only works if you are using a version of Internet Explorer from Microsoft as your internet browser software. Nearly all versions of AOL - America Online also work. Netscape Navigator internet browser software will not work. You can print certificates at any time from the 'My History' tab.
